AI visibility for businesses in Hungary: websites ChatGPT can quote

For big companies, AI quotes their own website. For smaller ones, it quotes whatever a portal writes about them, if it writes anything. I work to make your own site the one that speaks for you.

Let's talk about your site Request the mini-check

Two games are being played for your customer

First game: the results list

This is called SEO. Ten results and a fight over the order. Here even third place still gets clicks.

Results 4 to 10 don't make it into the answer.

Most agencies still only help you with this game.

Second game: the AI's answer

This is called GEO. The same question, but instead of a list, one answer comes back.

Which dental clinic do you recommend for implants?

The AI's answer made-up example

I recommend the clinic in the city centre: they guarantee implants for ten years. [3]

There is no third place here: you're either in the answer or you're left out.

I build your site to compete in both games. The second one is only starting now: whoever moves now can be among the first. SEO and GEO: what's the difference?

Which dental clinic offers a guarantee on implants?

The AI's answer made-up example

Several practices offer a guarantee. One clinic's website says it outright:

We guarantee every implant for ten years, with a free annual check-up.”[1]

Worth asking them about the terms.

Three minutes: what the measurement looks like

I ask ChatGPT an everyday question, look at which names it gives and where it took them from, then show what it takes for yours to be among them next time.

What can AI quote from?

AI doesn't read your site from top to bottom. It breaks it into pieces and lifts the piece that answers the question. Four things decide whether it finds one.

What do I build into every website?

This is the standard equipment: I don't hand over a website without it. You can check every item on the scorecard you get at handover.

Hand-drawn website standing on a solid base of ticked building blocks.
  • A quotable answer block for every service: a short, standalone answer to the most common questions, ready to be lifted.
  • Business data AI can read: name, address, opening hours and services in structured markup, exactly as they appear on the page.
  • An FAQ built from real questions: the ones people actually ask you by phone and email.
  • An open door for AI crawlers: your site doesn't shut them out, though some sites do it by accident.GPTBotClaudeBotGoogle-Extended
  • Internal links: the subpages point to each other, so AI can walk through your whole site.

Why does every website grow old?

A website rarely goes bad because it was built badly. It goes bad because it was left alone. From the outside that looks like small stuff, but in the measurement and in your customer's eyes it isn't.

The website left alone

  • The site still shows the opening hours from two years ago, and the customer arrives at a locked door.
  • The price list is old, so people have to phone and ask. Many won't.
  • The latest news item is from 2023. Whoever lands there assumes the business has closed.
  • One day the security certificate expires, and the browser shows a “not secure” warning.
  • AI sees the site as out of date and quotes a competitor's fresher page instead.

so care is part of visibility.

Audit or website? Two separate services

The two often get mixed up, so I clear it up at the start: measuring and building are two separate jobs with separate fees, and neither is a precondition for the other.

Hand-drawn website wrapped in a tape measure, with a checklist of what gets measured beside it.

Audit: the measurementfor an existing website

When do you need it?

You have a working website but don't know why you never make it into AI answers.

What do you get?

A dated measurement across seven dimensions, a comparison with your competitors and a to-do list in order of importance.

What don't you get?

A finished website. I write down what needs doing, but I don't do it myself.

Who takes it forward?

Any developer: I write the plan on purpose so that anyone can carry it out.

You don't need an audit to have a website built.

If you need a new website anyway, I do not recommend the audit: there's no point paying to learn what's wrong with something we're about to replace. I still measure the finished site on the same seven dimensions, at no extra charge.

Website: the buildfor a new website

When do you need it?

You have no website, or the current one isn't worth patching any more.

What do you get?

A finished, live website, plus a scorecard so you can see where the new site starts from.

What don't you get?

A separate report on the old site, because we're replacing it anyway.

Who takes it forward?

Me, up to handover. After that, care is your decision.

Frequently asked questions

Who can help get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

Nobody can guarantee it, because a recommendation mostly depends not on your own website but on the reviews about you, independent mentions and whether you are listed in business directories. AI-Map helps with what can be measured and what is up to you. I measure what ChatGPT and Gemini say about you today, who they recommend instead of you and which sources they rely on. Then I make your website quotable and show you which outside sites you need to appear on. The first step is the free mini-check: you get the result in writing within two working days.

How can I check whether ChatGPT recommends my business?

Ask ChatGPT and Gemini the questions your customers would ask, for example: “Which dentist do you recommend in Debrecen?” Ask each one several times, logged out as well, because the answers change. Write down who is named in the answer and which sites the AI refers to. If you would rather not do this yourself, ask for AI-Map's free mini-check: I do it for you and send you the result in writing, with a date.

What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

SEO aims to move you up Google's list of results. GEO (generative engine optimization, also called AI search optimization) aims to make sure AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity can read your website and quote it when they answer. GEO builds on SEO; it does not replace it. I describe the difference in detail on the SEO vs GEO page.

How much does an AI visibility audit cost?

AI-Map's prices are public. The mini-check is free. The Snapshot costs 79–119 thousand Ft. The full audit, which includes the competitor comparison and the prioritised action plan, costs 190–290 thousand Ft. Ongoing care costs 9–19 thousand Ft a month. I tell you the exact amount after looking at your website, before you order. Invoices are issued by Kindl Dávid e.v.

Do you also build websites AI can quote?

Yes. AI-Map also builds websites, and every one comes with the same basics: a quotable answer block for every service, structured business data, an FAQ written from real questions and open access for AI crawlers. A base site costs 240–340 thousand Ft, a full site 490–790 thousand Ft, and care 12–28 thousand Ft a month. At handover you get a dated scorecard.

How long until results show?

Months, not weeks. Technical fixes take effect in 2–4 weeks, content rework in 4–12 weeks. Outside presence and reputation take 6–12 months to build, and that is exactly what most influences who AI recommends. Anyone who promises AI recommendations within weeks is either wrong or selling something else.

Can't find your question? Write to me and I'll answer within two working days. If you want to know where your own business stands, ask for the free mini-check.

Transcript of the film

Search is going through its biggest change since Google, and most businesses aren't ready for it. If you run one, hear me out.

I'm Dávid Kindl. Well, his AI avatar, to be precise. I measure how visible businesses are to AI. Let me show you what I mean.

I asked ChatGPT to recommend a good used car dealer in Kilkenny, in Ireland. This is the answer: three dealers, with ratings and phone numbers. Next to each pick, ChatGPT shows its source.

The first pick, Marble City Motors, is cited from its own website, its About page. The other two are cited from Carzone, a listing site.

I asked the same question five times in twenty minutes. The third name kept changing. Marble City Motors came first all five times, and in three of the five answers, the source was its own website.

For twenty years, you typed a question into Google and got ten links. SEO was built on getting higher on that list.

Now people ask an AI and get one finished answer. That new ground has a name too: GEO, optimizing for AI answers.

The AI builds its answer from what it can read: websites, reviews, listing sites. A page it can't read doesn't exist for it. It names two or three businesses, not ten. Whoever is left out, the person asking never sees.

In June I measured more than sixteen hundred business websites in Hungary, where I'm based. Fewer than two in a hundred reached the top grade. For eight in ten, the biggest gap was the same: the site had no short summary written for AI, saying who they are and what they do. The field is still wide open.

Why now? Because an AI doesn't learn about you the day you fix your website. Whether it searches the web or answers from what it already learned, it can take months before your changes show up in its answers.

That's why whoever starts now is months ahead when the others notice. And the others still have to wait those same months.

One question is left: is your name in the AI's answer?

Send me your website address, and I'll find out for free. I put the questions your customers really ask to the AI models. Each one several times, because the answers change. I look at who gets recommended instead of you, and which sources the AI relies on. That shows why them, and not you. You get the result in writing, with the date on it. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Tonight, someone will ask an AI where to go. And the AI will answer, with you or without you.

Ahrefs: a study of 26,283 source URLs (2025): in answers to users who ask for recommendations, 43.8 percent of the pages ChatGPT cites are list-format.

NP Digital: What Makes Content Citable by AI? Based on the answers of 100 content marketers, freshness is the most important factor for being cited (91%), and the “authoritative source” label the least important (17%).

What I don't promise

That AI will recommend you just because your site can be quoted. Whether it does depends on many things, and your presence outside your site counts most: customer reviews, independent mentions, business directories. Your site only partly moves those, and I tell you so up front. Freshness is one factor too: measurable and important, but on its own it brings no recommendation.

What I do promise: your site will have answers AI can quote, it will do well on every measurable dimension on handover day, and I prove it with a dated scorecard. If I care for it, it won't grow old either.
